Our state-of-the-art food truck is a full service mobile kitchen suited to serve your guests in virtually any location. We can travel anywhere and meet all of your catering needs for breakfast, lunch, & dinner.
Food Truck Policies
Lunch/Dinner: Service Time is 3 hours, each additional hour is $150. We ask that your catered event be a minimum of $1000 Monday-Thursday and $2000 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Lunch/Dinner packages include your choice of 2 standard appetizers/sides and 1 dessert. There is an upcharge for premium appetizers, sides, and desserts. All appetizers, sides, and desserts are also available a la carte, see our catering menu for half and full tray pricing.
Breakfast: Service Time is 2 hours with a $750 minimum and includes coffee and orange juice.
Beverages: We also offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage packages.
Menus: All prices are subject to change. Food Truck Menu options are a sample of our offerings, our team is prepared to customize any event to fit your specific needs.
Rentals and Extras: All food truck catering events include all necessary paper products. All additional items including tables, chairs, china, silverware and linens must be rented at the clients expense.
Facilities: All arrangements regarding space setup must be made with the facility including ordering and setup of tables. DomAdi's Deli is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen at an event. DomAdi's Deli is not equipped to remove trash from off premise venues.
Guarantees: Final menu and guaranteed head count is due at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Client will be billed for final guarantee or total number served whichever is greater.
Weather: Food Truck events are rain or shine.
Taxes & Fees: Food Truck catering events are subject to 8% NYS sales tax and 20% service fee. DomAdi's does not charge gratuity, our service fee covers logistical expenses necessary to cater your event and is not gratuity. Event locations outside of our delivery area may subject to an additional travel fee.
Payment Policies: A $200 deposit is required to secure the date. Half of the total payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event and the remaining balance must be paid at completion of service. All deposits are non-refundable. Client may reschedule event and receive a new contract, so long as 30 days notice is given. A $100 rescheduling fee will be accessed and the new date will be subject to availability. A 5% late fee will be applied for every 30 days an invoice is past due. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted. Please make all checks payable to DomAdi's Deli, LLC.
